Accommodation bookings are now being made on a request basis only. All requests will be subject to availability.
Please note the rates displayed on this website were only guaranteed until 27 February, so we apologise if the rates specified are no longer available.
To make a booking request, you will need to first register your attendance via the registration form. There will be a page on the registration form for you to request accommodation.
Making a Reservation
We have now passed the cut-off date for bookings and no guarantee can be made that rooms will be available.
If we are able to secure a room for you, payment is required by credit card to secure your reservation; either one night’s deposit or the full amount, depending on the individual hotel’s policy. To see a list of the terms, conditions and cancellation policies, please click here.
Changing your reservation
Please advise The Conference Company of any change to a reservation rather than contacting the hotel direct.

Cancelling your Reservation
If you cancel your accommodation at SkyCity Grand or SkyCity hotel prior to 27 January 2017 or at all other hotels prior to 27 February 2017, your accommodation deposit will be refunded in full. If you have an early morning arrival and require an early check-in, you will need to reserve your room for the previous night.
